Angela - Founder & CEO

Angela is married to Jon and has two boys: Matt and Zack. She moved to Summerville in 2007 after getting out of the USMC. They also have three dogs: Bailey, Baxter, and little Elsa.


Angela loves spending her free time outside in her pool but also enjoys working out.


She is known for her Bagel dip, but her favorite food is really cake donuts. When asked, "What is the one thing that surprised you about working for A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service?" "HOW MUCH I LOVE TO CLEAN!"

Jon - Payroll Specialists

Jon is married to Angela, and they have two boys. Jon loves to grill, and his specialty is his chicken wings. His favorite foods, however, are sushi and seafood. In his spare time, Jon is a saltwater aquarist. His casual reading involves doing research on saltwater aquariums and marine biology. Jon does love his Florida Gator Football. He loves all kinds of music, but his favorites are country and new-age Christian music. When asked, "What surprised you most about A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service?, Jon said, "I've been in this since the beginning, so nothing really surprises me. 

Makayla - Office Assistant/Cleaning Technician

I'm Makayla! I moved to SC from Charlotte, NC, about six months ago. I have two dogs — (both American Bullies), and my hobbies include arts/crafts and baking.

I also love listening to RNB music.

Anne-Marie - HR Manager

Anne-Marie is from Indiana/Northern Virginia but has lived in the Charleston area since 2000. She has daughter, who just graduated high school, and a son. Anne-Marie began her career as a teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing before transitioning to a reading teacher and then finally a homeschool teacher for her children. She enjoys hiking, being in the mountains, crafts, strategy games, her church family, reading, and digital scrapbooking. 

Andrea - Lead Trainer/Technician

I'm Andrea. I just moved here in March. I have a large, blended family. Together, my husband and I have eight kids and twelve grandchildren. It is never a dull moment at my house. One of our grandbabies is also Angela's granddaughter. This will be a new chapter in my life for me to not have kids at home. I am excited to be here on the East Coast and looking forward to the adventures it will bring. I think working with this team is going to be great.

Shelia - Cleaning Technician

Sheila was born in Charleston. She has one daughter and is surrounded by many extended family members.


She loves to bake cookies. Her favorite food is sushi. Sheila says she doesn't really have any hobbies but enjoys entertaining. She is streaming Hallmark movies and BET Entertainment. She loves country music and the "oldies."When asked what surprised her about working for A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service, Sheila said, "The details and how much I've learned."

Abigail - Cleaning Technician

I'm Abi; I'm from Ladson, South Carolina. My hobbies are hiking, painting, and crocheting. I have two cats and a dog that all love the outdoors just as much as me.

Brittany - Cleaning Technician

Hi! I’m Brittany. My husband and I just bought our first home in Goose Creek. We have a family of 3 boys Tero(16) Tavaras(17) King(6) and 1 girl Makayla (13).
My husband and I are entrepreneurs on the side from our 9-5. I run a cater company call Southern Soul Flavors that mainly caters southern dishes. I have been told I make the best Red Rice. My husband runs a appliance business. He sales and repair washer and dryers.
I love watching movies and trying good foods.

Kala Campbell - Cleaning Technician

My name is Kala, I grew up in Buffalo NY. I met my husband in high school, and we got married in 2017. Soon after we moved to Tampa FL and enjoyed the sunshine state for 5 years until my husband got a job offer which brought us to South Carolina! We bought land out in the country and built a house so our dogs can live out their golden years.  We have two dogs (Turbo & Tank) and four cats (Grey, Fluff, Blue & Echo) and they are all SPOILED ROTTEN! I also have a dog training and boarding business, so our house is always full of animals. I love traveling, hiking, camping, kayaking, baking, art, farmers markets, Star Wars, refurbishing furniture, comedy shows and going out to try new foods! I will ALWAYS say yes to go get coffee and when offered cake

Kim - Cleaning Technician

Hey, y’all, I’m Kim! My journey started early, cleaning houses for candy bars at just 12 years old—yes, I do love my chocolate! Over the years, I've balanced part-time cleaning with my passion for fitness. On the days I’m not cleaning, I’m helping people with their health as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
My faith and family is at the core of everything I do—I homeschool my children, Jason, Jr (17) & Ellie (13), and support my husband, Jason, in his work. This year we celebrate 24 years together!!! I enjoy being outside, especially in my garden, and, while I may live in suburbia, my heart longs for the simple life of a farm girl.

Nicole Burrows - Cleaning Technician

Hi everyone! I love nature and video games. I have a very tight knitted family so I am always out with them! I am the eldest child out of 4! 2 sisters and 1 brother. I own 2 ferrets and one weiner dog. I am so happy to be a part of the team!

Desiree Dotson - Cleaning Technician

I was born and raised in Charleston South Carolina. I grew up by lake Moultrie so I always enjoy going on the boat with family and fishing until sunset or anything outdoors related like camping. I come from a big family so most likely in my free time I’m with them or watching my favorite drama shows with my best friend/dog Colt.

Jessica - Training Supervisor

My Name is Jessica. I am a mom of four, 21,18,13,12! Also, I have a sweet granddaughter, she’s 9 months old. I am new to South Carolina. Originally from Texas! In my free time I love to refinish furniture! Excited to be on this new journey, and bring excellent service to clients! 😊
