Came over to hang with a girlfriend, and met the owner at her place when she was finishing up her cleaning service and not only was Angela a pleasure to meet and so nice, my friends home was immaculate, detailed & polished to perfection. Will definitely be using A step above and beyond cleaning as my service from now on!
The cleaning staff was very professional, along with funny to interact with. They did a very deep clean through out the entire house after I had new flooring installed throughout the house. The place has never been cleaner, to include everything from the fans, and fan light globes, all the way down to the base boards and floors, they even cleaned the VW Beetle hood, perched on up on this weird alcove coming out of the top of my valuted ceilings. I don't think you can find a better and more thorough cleaning service. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them more in the future.
I have been using Angela and the team at A Step Above and Beyond for several years now and I wouldn’t trust any other company. Not only is the entire staff professional and thorough, they are exceptionally dependable. My house is left sparkling and clean to perfection. I highly recommend them—you won’t be sorry.
I have had many companies clean my different homes over the years. This is the first company that I have ever used with such commitment to detailed cleaning. Our home is spotless. Every window, light bulb, kitchen drawer, door, etc were cleaned. My home has never been this clean and I'm very picky. I highly recommend former Marine Angela and her team!
From their arrival at 7:45AM (for an 8AM start time) in their matching smocks to the time the last left (after 3PM) for a deep clean - they were the ultimate example of professional - knowledgeable, efficient and conscientious. My home has never looked better...it is truly clean from top to bottom and every nook and cranny in between. They had every tool and cleaner to get every job done - from the air vents to the light switches. These ladies worked like a well oiled machine and I am so thankful for their attention to detail. We have used this company for years now and in two different houses. The owner, Angela, is amazing! She sets the bar high for her cleaning techs and always wants her customer’s feedback. The office manager, Karen, is always so helpful when I speak with her regarding scheduling. Our newest cleaning tech, Audrey, did an awesome job for us these past two cleans. This company spends time training its employees and it shows.
